Did you know that one in three people will develop some type of cancer at some point in their lives? It can be very difficult to try and deal with the news of one of your loved ones or close friends being diagnosed with cancer. That's why we can totally understand why this little sixth grader was having a hard time coping with the news of his grandfather having cancer. His name is Jackson Johnson and he is only in the sixth grade. He recently found out his grandfather, Papa Rick, has Mantle cell lymphoma. This is a type of cancer that affects the lymph nodes and blood cells and there is currently not a cure for it. As you can imagine, this is very hard for little Jackson to understand.
